Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To start a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 329 4557795 with your order details and clear images of the product. Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to the return address provided by us in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the eligible product amount will be refunded.

The original shipping charge of Rs. 300 is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of delivering the order to you.
